Maximizing Your Efficiency with Rocket Reply's Dashboard
To get the full benefits of Rocket Reply, you need to Link Your Seller Accounts, Add Your Products, and Add Your Keywords for each product. This ensures Rocket Reply gets all the data needed to maximize what the Dashboard has to offer.
With a fully functioning Dashboard you'll never spend hours on Amazon's Seller Central again. Get all the critical information you need quickly and stop wasting precious time.
So remember, the Dashboard is available from anywhere on Rocket Reply through the Navigation Bar by clicking on the Dashboard tab with the little Home icon on the left hand side of the App.
Stay on top of your completed orders and all the Automated Messages that Rocket Reply sends with our Feedback Summary Box. Giving you immediate insight into your total orders and after sales marketing.
Please note, only your Rocket Reply Automated messages are shown. Standard Amazon messages are not included in these statistics.
IMPORTANT: Rocket Reply can only access your data from the moment your account has been linked. Amazon currently does not provide access to historical data.
A snapshot of your 10 most recent messages Rocket Reply has sent to your customers with associated order numbers provides you with the pulse of your business. You can click on the order number to get redirected to the order within Amazon Seller Central.
FILTER DASHBOARD BY SELLER ACCOUNTS & PRODUCTS
Everything within the Dashboard can be filtered to suit your needs. Power Sellers with multiple linked Amazon Seller Accounts can choose which account they want to view. Private Labelers with multiple products can filter individual products by ASINs.
TOTAL SALES & ITEMS SOLD
Selling the same product on multiple marketplaces and want to see your totals in one place? With the ability to view EVERYTHING or just one specific product, Rocket Reply gives you control of the data you want to see without having to constantly log on and off each Amazon account.
FILTER DASHBOARD BY DATE RANGE
The Dashboard automatically shows data for all your connected accounts for the last 30 days. You can adjust this time period in the top right corner of the dashboard to suit your needs:
TRACK SALES BY DATE
The Sales by Days box can be adjusted to show sales data down to the hour for some marketplaces.
IMPORTANT: The information is available from when you link your products with Rocket Reply and will not show data from anytime before that.
TRACK SALES BY REGION
Rocket Reply provides detailed regional sales data where you can quickly glance at the map to find out which countries are selling best.
Pro Tip: Hovering over over the map shows you precisely how much in sales you've made in each country.
Rocket Reply's Sales by Regions map also allows you to zoom in and get even more detailed information about the countries you're selling in. Giving you the ability to focus your ads and marketing to exactly the right audience.
